We still live in a world where students ask in class, "When am I ever going to use this in real life?" Teachers don't like to hear it, but it's a fair question. By high school, many students realize that life's most valuable lessons should be profound, relevant, and develop the whole learner. Unfortunately, these lessons tend to be neglected, and in turn, undervalued.
